Where records come from

Import only filings verified against House disclosures or Senate disclosures. Imported entries are not independently authenticated by OmegaX.

Important limitations

Some disclosures report ranges rather than prices, quantities or exact share counts. The reported trade date and disclosure date may differ by weeks. Transactions may belong to a spouse or dependent, depending on the filing; the import dataset must clarify this in its notes. Filings can be amended.

BUY / SELL / EXCHANGE describes a reported transaction, not a recommendation. Portfolio gains and performance are not calculated here.

Current release

This is a manually imported database. Automatic filing synchronization, live pricing, six-month news, alerts and model-generated signals are not implemented yet.
